Evolution of a Quilt
This piece was commissioned by Childrens Hospital, Seattle, Washington. It took about four months to complete. It is a combination of two inch squares for the "watercolor" style background, applique and thread embellishment. The eagles are ultra suede fabric. The rest of the materials are cotton fabric. There is also some pen work. The finished size is 84" X 40".
